MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Raw Material Preparation

Gather and weigh PVC resin powder, stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, pigments, and other additives according to the formula

High-Speed Mixing & Compounding

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed mixer to create a homogeneous dry blend or compound, heating to ensure even distribution without premature melting.

Extrusion & Melting

Feed the compound into an extruder where it is heated, sheared, and melted into a viscous molten state by the rotating screw.

Sheet Forming

The molten PVC is forced through a flat sheet die to form an initial continuous sheet, then passes through calibrators or vacuum tables to set precise thickness and flatness.

Calendering / Polishing

The sheet moves through a series of heated calender rolls (or polishing rolls) to control final thickness, improve surface finish, and add gloss, matte, or embossed textures.

Cooling & Sizing

Pass the sheet through cooling rolls or water baths to solidify it quickly, preventing deformation, while puller rollers maintain uniform speed and dimensions.
